Terms and Conditions

Landcorp Sires have been inspected and are offered for sale as Fit for Breeding.

Information

The Breeding Values and Performance Records provided by Landcorp are to the best of the Company’s knowledge a true and accurate record of each animal.

Warranty

Landcorp Sires are sold as Fit for Breeding. If, through no fault of the Purchaser, the animal is found to be unfit for breeding, Landcorp will replace the animal with a sire of equivalent breeding merit. This warranty is subject to the Purchaser providing a veterinary report on the animal and returning it to Landcorp prior to the dispatch of a replacement sire.

Delivery

Landcorp Sires sold by private treaty, are sold at a set price that includes the cost of delivery to a stock handling facility in close proximity to the Purchaser’s property. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that Landcorp is provided with the correct delivery address. Landcorp Sires will be dispatched at Landcorp’s discretion within 21 days of selection.

Payment

Payment for Landcorp Sires sold by private treaty is due within 14 days of dispatch. Sires sold by auction or through a Livestock Agent will be invoiced by the agent.
