Landcorp Farming has people with the knowledge, skills and dedication to work at the forefront of New Zealand agriculture.

As at 30 June 2009 the Group had 599 permanent employees, of whom 523 worked on farms. Each farm has a Farm Manager and a team of staff appropriate to the size of that property and its business plan.

Farm Managers and staff receive support and leadership from Farm Business Managers, each of these people having responsibility for a cluster of properties. Farm Business Managers are based in a particular region or at the Corporate office.

As at 30 June 2009 Landcorp had 76 people based at the Corporate office in Wellington. They include the Group's executive team, and specialists to provide support in critical areas that include farming systems, agronomy, genetics development, R&D, finance, information technology, staff training and procurement.
