Chris Kelly MV Sc, MACVSc, AFInstD.
Chief Executive Chris Kelly was appointed Chief Executive in March 2001. He previously held various positions with the New Zealand Dairy Board, including Strategic Planning Manager, General Manager for Corporate Planning and Global Head of Strategic Industry Relations. Chris also had extensive experience representing farmer interests to the Livestock Improvement Corporation Ltd, Dairying Research Corporation Ltd and the Animal Health Board Members Committee. In his earlier career, he practised as a veterinary surgeon, lecturer and advisor, and held roles in the animal health area for Glaxo Animal Health Ltd and Pitman Moore Ltd (previously Coopers Animal Health Ltd).

John Kennedy-Good BA, LLB (Hons), LLM (London), Barrister & Solicitor.
Company Secretary John Kennedy-Good was appointed Company Secretary in August 2005. He was previously Senior Litigation Counsel to Fonterra and, for 15 years, General Counsel to the New Zealand Dairy Board. John has also been the Executive Director of the Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand. Prior to joining the Dairy Board, John worked in senior policy and legal roles in government.

Collier Isaacs B Ag Sci, Dip BS (Ag Bus), NZIPIM.
National Manager - Services & Strategy Collier Isaacs joined Landcorp as Manager - Corporate Strategy in 2002. This role has been expanded to include services in the recent restructure. He has previously been the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Game Industry Board and the General Manager - Market Services of Meat New Zealand. Collier's extensive experience in New Zealand's pastoral farming sector has been focused on strategy development and on delivering "industry good" outcomes from the partnership of industry participants. This has helped lead the development of Landcorp's strategic and business plans and now the provision of services both within and external to Landcorp.

Richard Perry B.Com (Hons), CA., C.T.P.
Chief Financial Officer Richard Perry was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2003. He previously held various accounting and finance roles at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, including Financial Controller. Richard is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants' Primary Sector Committee and a technical advisor to the International Monetary Fund. In addition to his leading the finance function responsibilities, Richard leads Landcorp's Information Technology Group.

Gerry Soanes Dip Ag, Dip VFM, ANZIV, SPINZ, MNZSFM, Reg Valuer.
National Manager - Property Gerry Soanes has been National Manager - Property since April 2004, having previously been Landcorp's South Island Manager since 1999. He began his career with the Lands and Survey Department in 1970 progressing to District Field Officer Land Development, Invercargill, subsequently becoming Landcorp's Southern Branch Farming Manager in 1987. Gerry has played an important role in the development of Landcorp's farming operations, including rationalisation of the property portfolio over recent years.

Graeme Mulligan B. Ag Com, VFM, SPINZ, NZIPIM, Reg Valuer.
National Business Manager Graeme Mulligan was appointed to this newly formed position in October 2007. The prime responsibilities include the national dairy business and a dual role in progressing Landcorp's large scale livestock business under a national strategy. In the last 10 years his previous position as National Manager Projects saw him play a significant role in the deer and dairy conversion programme, the enhancement of Landcorp's quality and safety programmes and coordination of staff training development.

Allan Still B AgCom, SPINZ, NZIPIM, Reg Valuer.
National Business Manager Allan Still was appointed to National Business Manager in 2007, previously filling the role of North Island Manager. In a career spanning 28 years, in both Lands and Survey and Landcorp, he has occupied management roles initially in Otago and subsequently in both the South and North Islands, focusing on improving operational efficiencies and adding value to the business. His current role focuses on the sheep and beef operations in the North Island and on the national genetics properties.
