Companies

Landcorp Farming Limited owns and operates most of the farms within the Landcorp group of companies. There are three main subsidiary companies.

• Landcorp Estates Limited works with joint venture partners to develop and sell land suitable for uses of higher value than farming.
• Landcorp Holdings Limited holds specified properties under an agreement with the Crown, which are deemed "sensitive" in relation to public policy issues. The properties cannot be sold and continue to be farmed until required by the Crown.
• Landcorp Pastoral Limited invests in the genetics joint venture, Focus Genetics Limited Partnership.

In addition, LandSys is a business unit of Landcorp Farming Limited set up to supply farm management and related services to other commercial farmers and rural investors. The services are based on Landcorp's own systems and processes, and management skills and experience.
