Companies

Landcorp Farming Limited owns and operates most of the farms within the Landcorp group of companies. There are four main subsidiary companies.

• Landcorp Developments Limited develops former forestry land in the Central North Island for pastoral farming.
• Landcorp Pastoral Limited leases that former forestry land for dairy, sheep and beef farming.
• Landcorp Estates Limited works with joint venture partners to develop and sell land suitable for uses of higher value than farming.
• Landcorp Holdings Limited holds selected properties under an agreement with the Crown, with these properties deemed "sensitive" in relation to public policy issues. The properties cannot be sold by Landcorp and continue to be farmed until required by the Crown.

In addition, LandSys is a business unit of Landcorp Farming Limited set up to supply farm management and related services to other commercial farmers and rural investors. The services are based on Landcorp's own systems and processes, and management skills and experience.
