Te Hau Station, 35 minutes from Gisborne, is a 2300 ha sheep and beef property undergoing intensive development. This is an opportunity to contribute to a development project that covers all aspects of the farming spectrum, and to become part of a professional, skilled and friendly team.
The right candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic and motivated
- Be prepared to work within a team environment
- Be able to work unsupervised and use initiative to solve problems
- Have previous machine and implement operating experience
- Have previous fencing experience
- Have some knowledge of modern farming practices
- Take pride in their work and surrounding environment
Duties will include:
- Tractor and other machine operation
- Spraying
- Fencing
- Assisting with stock work as required
