Balanced Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard reports on key performance indicators that are central to Landcorp Farming's strategic business planning processes, and its commitments to sustainability and to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

In these processes and commitments, Landcorp takes full account of relevant New Zealand statutes, most notably the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Act 1986, and of the requirements of shareholding Ministers as well as the company's own Mission, Vision and Values, and its Statement of Corporate Intent.

Landcorp has an extensive commitment to research and development (R&D), and to co-operation with other organisations for technology application. This commitment is the basis for ongoing improvement in performance in each area of the Balanced Scorecard.
